Job Title: Sr. Field Service Technician Parking Services

Location: Dallas Airport, TX

Working Days: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (with potential weekend shifts as needed)

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Field Service Technician to join our Parking Services team. This position is critical in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing parking control systems and equipment. The role is essential in ensuring smooth operations, particularly as our team expands to accommodate an increased workload and upcoming projects.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, electronic, and electrical equipment, including knowledge of voltage, amperages, and current (must be proficient in using a voltmeter).
• Install, configure, and repair parking control components.
• Diagnose and repair small electronic equipment.
• Ensure systems operate efficiently by performing preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
• Work flexible hours and adjust schedules as needed to meet job requirements.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Be available for on-call support via personal cell phone or other designated department method.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong troubleshooting skills in maintaining mechanical, electronic, and electrical equipment.
• Knowledge of parking control systems and operations is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with repairing and troubleshooting small electronic devices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality service.
• Excellent communication skills to foster positive internal and external relationships.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
